- 1 cup Nuts or seeds of choice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Organic Grade A
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
- 1 tsp Thyme ground
- 1 t Rosemary ground

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Then add in the pink salt, ground rosemary and thyme.
- Mix well until you have a homogenous mixture.
- Then, add in the nuts and stir until all are coated.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 420 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes. Watch them closely, as you do not want them to burn.
- Let them cool before eating them- the maple syrup will have caramelized and you are left with a tasty, healthy snack!
